Currently All our digital and physical products are currently sold through our secure partner, Gumroad. When you click 'Buy Now', you will be redirected to Gumroad's platform to complete your transaction. They handle all payments securely.
🛒I bought a digital product (wall art/wallpaper). How do I download it?
After your purchase on Gumroad, you will receive two emails: one a payment receipt and another from Gumroad with a download link. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. This link will allow you to download the high-resolution files instantly. You can also always access your files by creating a free Gumroad account at the time of purchase.
🎨Who manufactures and ships your physical products (phone cases, stickers, etc.)?
To ensure high quality and efficient global shipping, we use a Print-On-Demand (POD) service called Printful. This means your item is created specifically for you when you order it, then shipped directly to your door from their facilities. This allows us to focus on creating amazing art for you!
🎨What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products:
· Digital Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on digital downloads as they cannot be returned.
· Physical Items (from Printful): We want you to be thrilled with your order. If there is a defect or error on our part (e.g., misprint, damaged item), please contact us at support@sankofawinds.com within 14 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue, and we will work with our partner to resolve it promptly.
