Processing Time:
All our products are made-to-order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production and processing before your order is shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times & Costs:
We are a global brand and partner with print-on-demand fulfilment centers around the world to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your order will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.
Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.
Domestic (Within South Africa): Estimated 3-7 business days after processing.
International: Estimated 3-14 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping speed selected.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by our partner. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
Shipping Partners & Liability:
We partner with professional third-party print and fulfilment providers as our trusted partners to manufacture, package, and ship your orders directly to you.
Therefore, all liability for the following is transferred to our shipping providers:
Production and Quality Control of the physical product.
Packaging of your order securely for transit.
The shipping and delivery process, including any delays, losses, or damages that occur once the package is in the possession of the courier service.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by the courier. If you encounter any of these issues, you must:
First, contact the local courier service (e.g., Post Office, DHL, The Courier Guy) using your provided tracking number to initiate an investigation.
Contact us at sales@sankofawinds.com with your order number and any correspondence from the courier. We will act as an intermediary with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue based on their policies and shipping insurance.
Customs and Import Taxes:
For international orders, any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
