c. Cultural Respect: The myths, names, and symbols presented are part of cultural heritage. a. Fulfillment by Third Parties: All physical products (e.g., books, art prints, merchandise) featured or sold on this Site are fulfilled by third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) service providers include Printful for International orders and Wonderpoint for Domestic orders.

b. Liability: Sankofa Winds is not liable for any issues arising from the production, quality, shipping, or delivery of physical goods. All liability for product fulfillment is handled directly by our third-party providers as outlined in our separate Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
