Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or fundamentally different from what was described on the product page.

What qualifies as a defective or damaged item?
We work with high-quality print providers to ensure your order is perfect. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within [7-14 days] of receiving your item:

A printing error (e.g., the design is smudged, crooked, or missing).

Physical damage (e.g., cracks, breaks, or tears) that occurred in production or shipping.

A manufacturing defect (e.g., seams splitting on a new garment).

You received the wrong item entirely.

What is NOT covered?

Customer Remorse: We cannot accept returns for reasons such as "I don't like it," "I chose the wrong size," "I don't like the color," or "It didn't fit."

Minor Imperfections: Please note that our products are hand-finished and may have minor visual imperfections that are considered part of the unique character of the item.

Address Errors: We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

How to Report a Problem
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@sankofawinds.com with:

Your order number.

Photos or a video clearly showing the issue with the product.

A brief description of the problem.

Upon review and approval of the issue, we will, at our discretion, either:

Replace the item at no cost to you, or

Issue a store credit for the value of the item.

Please note: We outsource our manufacturing and fulfilment to third-party partners. All liability for product quality and shipping is handled directly by these providers, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
